Chef Shari’s passion for good food goes more than 40 years back, from his childhood growing up in Iran, where food is enjoyed as a celebration of life. These early childhood memories lead to Shari’s choice of profession as a chef, and he has owned and operated several restaurants in San Francisco and Hawaii. During this time Shari continued developing his culinary skills in a multitude of different cuisines; from Italian, French, Spanish, Middle Eastern to German. He spent months traveling in Europe, interning at restaurants, and eating his way through the local cuisine.
